Production begins with the person’s felt experience, imagination, curiosity or situated Intent—not a preselected product, available inventory, supplier catalogue, sales target or implementation convenience. An object or organization may provide an entry Context; it does not silently become the production goal.

Intent need not be complete before generation begins. Representations, alternatives and experiences help the person discover what they mean. Model interpretations remain proposals; the person may confirm, revise, decline or withdraw without being treated as a failed conversion.

Preserve the distinction between the person’s words, system suggestions and accepted revisions. Understanding an expression is not consent to publication or execution. An originating Intent may evolve through the person’s participation; it must not be silently replaced to improve a score, secure a sale or simplify delivery.

Within applicable boundaries, unfinished ideas, counterfactuals and unfamiliar possibilities may enter generation, comparison, simulation, prototyping and reuse. Missing realization conditions are questions to compute, not a universal reason to erase an idea or stop all production.

A generated representation is a real digital artifact; the world it depicts may remain hypothetical. Record that difference. Neither guaranteed value nor realized Impact follows merely from generation.

HSIMC infrastructure must connect digital GenAI production with the capacity to sense, present and act in physical Reality. This is a system capability requirement—not a demand that every request use a camera, a phone, NFC Cable, smart glasses or a physical test. Form factors and the distribution of power and compute follow the scene and function, not the historical meaning of a product name.

Existing resources may accelerate a branch; they do not set the limits of the person’s future.

They change by different processes; they must not collapse into one unexplained BLOCK.

Authority is part of path production, not just a final waiting gate. Reuse an already valid grant where it applies; compute the smallest additional request for a genuinely new action. If one path is unavailable, continue permitted generation of alternatives or the conditions that could make another path viable.

Distinguish an applicable legal requirement, a valid agreement, a Subject decision, provider policy, missing evidence and a technical safeguard. Do not infer that one provider’s inability to answer proves an idea is unlawful or without value.

HSIMC does not obtain default final authority over a Subject’s identity, Intent, disputes or legal responsibility merely by controlling Runtime, CAK, models, data or execution. It may manage its own services, meet applicable duties, protect systems and perform a legitimately assigned role; those powers must not silently expand beyond their basis.

This does not force automatic retention, public disclosure, pricing or sale. “My” means Intent-bound; it does not transfer underlying ownership, intellectual property or execution rights.

Include human rework and recovery costs when evaluating productivity—not only tokens, outputs or code volume.

Where the named older wording conflicts on Intent origin or digital production, this amendment is the current HSIMC interpretation; the historical text remains unchanged.

Before a design constraint is made common, identify the originating Intent, the responsible Subject, the specific action, its basis and why it belongs at that layer. These are design-review questions, not mandatory paperwork for every user. Track proposed, adopted, superseded and rejected decisions separately; a new model must not promote its own suggestion into a frozen decision.

Preserve prior URLs, identities, sources and accepted work; there is no automatic system-wide migration or reset. Future amendments must state what changes, why, and how continuity is preserved.
