Task card · original page 34 · HRI-WP-GF-EN-002
Start a shared task.
Bring real work. Choose the part you can undertake. Make the result usable by the next person.
This page renders the task card from original page 34 as readable HTML. It does not submit information, issue a quotation or create a work order. Continue through the actual entry and an agreed scope.
Begin with an unfinished thought, a product, a document or a capability. Clarify the desired change, then select packing, readiness or another applicable path. Reuse valid Context and delegation instead of retelling everything. Use this card to structure the first shared discussion.
| Shared task card | What to establish |
|---|---|
| My Intent | What should become possible? What is happening now? What would make the result valuable to me? |
| Participation and responsibility | Who sets the goal, contributes, executes and accepts? Which decisions remain with each party? |
| Existing Reality | Product, version, batch, files, location, equipment and current conditions. State what is unknown. |
| Selected path | How were options compared? What was selected? Which conditions must be prepared, and by whom? |
| Delivery and economic scope | The digital or physical result, time window, charges and responsible parties. |
| Tests and Acceptance | How is the result checked? Who accepts it and within what scope? What is not covered? |
| Differences and continuation | How are partial completion, version changes or failure handled? Where does the next participant continue? |
A complete task should leave an accepted result, necessary Evidence, attributed contributions and a next entry point. Participants may also revise, return or choose not to continue. Record that clearly rather than treating it as a failed conversion the system must eliminate.
From what is possible in Reality to what becomes possible for me. REALITY CAN → I CAN ACT.
