# Mission Understandable | Actual reader acceptance test

File generation, typesetting review and model-assisted editorial checks do not substitute for reader acceptance. A Chinese-edition response does not automatically establish English-edition comprehension.

## Purpose and method

Invite at least one business decision-maker, one practitioner and one prospective partner for an initial review. This is a practical editorial test, not a statistically representative research study. Ask each person to use the reading route on page 3 before receiving an additional explanation from the founder. Record reading time, questions and page references.

Readers may use their usual accessibility tools. Record any oral explanation or other assistance they receive. This assesses how well the publication supports understanding; it is not a test of a reader’s intelligence, education or personal worth. Difficulty understanding is first a reason to improve the publication.

Collect only the identity or alias and role needed for this purpose. The relevant organization should specify access and retention for responses. A reader can stop or decline participation.

Who does HSIMC help, and what does it help them do? How is that different from selling a particular device or returning an AI answer?

Identify specific pages, words, diagrams or claims that remained unclear. General praise or “this has potential” is not a substitute for explaining the mission or beginning a task.

An initial individual pass requires the reader to explain all five criteria in their own words without a major misunderstanding. Record partial results and revise the relevant passages.
