Missing conditions can become production
When tools, environments, material, Authority, supervision or verification are missing, the gap can become another bounded work package rather than a dead end.
Contribution can remain distributed
Different subjects can contribute know-how, software, local resources, manufacturing, field work, supervision or channel value without HSIMC claiming ownership of all of them.

HSIMC homepage moved from context-first to work-first. Country/area Runtime references remain available as work conditions.
Addressable Task Role became the public work starting point
A browser-only vertical slice now captures Reality Delta, reference activity/role seeds, sparse Context and missing-condition formation without claiming live Registry readiness.
Shared Task Continuity connected without a second account system
Task Role drafts can be explicitly carried into the existing /work/ surface as a prefill; saving still uses the existing A2A permission path.
Company / Mission / Investor / Reality-to-Work market layer
Public company identity and economic-engine pages are being added on top of the work infrastructure, with operational claims separated from operating vision.
Future updates should append new evidence-backed milestones rather than silently rewriting prior states.
WHAT WE WILL MEASURE
Value should eventually be visible in work formation—not just model tokens.
Infrastructure formation
How often a real Intent becomes an addressable work object; how many missing conditions can be formed; how much capability can be reused across places and subjects.
Economic formation
Accepted contributions, delivery outcomes, recurring capability use, time to usable Reality, and eventual economic rights or settlement where agreements actually exist.
