Smart Traffic Fund
Visual Mobility
A good Search Reality page shows both the connection and the limit of the connection.
Independent project Reality
The Transport Department press release says the STF subsidised a private company to develop AI computer-vision smart glasses for persons with visual impairment, including obstacle, bus-stop, carriageway and pavement identification and navigation functions. The project was shown at InnoEX.
The government page itself does not name Innospire.
Organization-to-project association
Innospire's public company profile states that its AI smart-glasses project was showcased at the Smart Hong Kong Pavilion during InnoEX 2026 and associates that project with the Smart Traffic Fund.
This is organization self-published evidence, not independent government naming.
Resolved state: CROSS_SOURCE_ASSOCIATION
The two sources can be connected because they describe the same exhibition context and technology. The Runtime preserves which source proves which part.
Not promoted to government endorsement.
The Runtime does not convert an STF project, an official visit or a government press release into blanket endorsement of Innospire, HSIMC or every smart-glasses capability.
