HSIMC · HISTORICAL FOUNDATION · 2023–2025 · CURATED SOURCE RECORD C0-001

Before the vocabulary,
the infrastructure questions were already being tested.

This is a curated engineering history—not a legacy-code archive. A 54-page milestone record traces experiments from voice, image and text AI into persistent databases, organizations and Rooms, access keys, usage limits, global sourcing, messaging identity, payments, geographic networks and machine-linked work.

HISTORICAL / EVIDENCE-BOUNDED · The original source contains duplicated milestone numbers, renamed products, server migrations and sensitive operational strings. This publication intentionally consolidates repeated work and does not expose credentials, private infrastructure details or the raw source file.

SOURCE DISCIPLINE · 严谨不是逐字复制

Preserve the learning. Do not pretend the old record was cleaner than it was.

SOURCE

54-page milestone record

Dated work runs from 9 March 2023 through 13 April 2025. It records requested functions, fixes, migrations and R&D tasks across several legacy names and hosting environments.

OWNER ATTESTATION

Contracted development work

The project owner describes these milestones as work agreed with an external developer and generally delivered to the requested functional description at the time. This 2026 publication does not independently re-run the legacy code.

CURATION

Duplicates collapsed

Repeated milestone numbers, near-identical tasks and later corrections are grouped into coherent phases. A date or label is not treated as a stronger fact than the source supports.

PRIVACY + SECURITY

Raw source stays private

The source includes legacy operational details that should not be republished. Public history keeps only architectural learning, dates, high-level functions and evidence boundaries.

Owner clarification (16 October 2026): this research was carried out under Upwork contracts, as independently confirmed by the owner from their own records. The other employment-platform URL on page 1 was a contemporaneous separate website note, not a contradiction. Individual Upwork contract IDs and platform receipts are not included in this historical PDF; no such identifiers are invented.

CURATED TIMELINE · 2023-03 → 2025-04

Eight phases show the direction more clearly than hundreds of repeated feature lines.

0109–31 MAR 2023 · MULTIMODAL MVP

From one AI response to an actual service

Motivation: make generative AI usable by ordinary users through voice, image and text—not only a developer console.

Historical delivery: voice-to-image, voice-to-voice and text flows; database persistence for questions, answers and images; authentication; free/premium usage limits; per-user API keys; subscriptions; teams, communities and third-party text/image API work.

LATER QUESTION → How should a capability be addressable, metered and reusable?
02APR–MAY 2023 · CAPABILITY SURFACE

AI became a family of callable capabilities

Motivation: test whether text, image, vision and camera functions could live behind a common user and API surface.

Historical delivery: image analysis, object detection, REST APIs, people counting from video, OCR, webcam capture, text-to-command / voice-to-command, item upload, QR-linked media, service plans, Microsoft/OpenAI key selection and a sales-bot style multimodal UI.

LATER QUESTION → Capability is broader than one model or one UI.
0328 MAY–30 JUN 2023 · ORGANIZATIONS + ROOMS

A response needed a place, an owner, a key and history

Motivation: move from isolated AI calls into bounded organizational spaces that could be created, shared, supervised and revisited.

Historical delivery: organizations; Rooms with unique IDs, keys, start/expiry dates and URLs; room history; translated responses; commands; public/private room items; supervisor and support views; favourites; CSV-based room provisioning; email/share flows and room-to-room item sharing.

LATER QUESTION → Work context, Reality, identity, Authority and history must not collapse into one object.
04JUL–AUG 2023 · EXTERNAL REALITY

Bring outside data and supply into the Room

Motivation: test whether a Room could become a working interface to external economic and information capabilities.

Historical delivery: response reuse from the database; stocks and currencies; accommodation and jobs search; global retailer/supplier experiments; vendor detail; OCR/AI insights; multilingual supplier content; multiple room keys; contributor/visitor roles and bounded sharing.

LATER QUESTION → How does a Work context route to many capabilities without granting unlimited authority?
05AUG–DEC 2023 · ECONOMIC + DISTRIBUTED INFRASTRUCTURE

Usage, payment, supply networks and server movement became infrastructure problems

Motivation: connect AI-assisted work to real products, suppliers, payments and distributed hosting.

Historical delivery: item-level payment routing concepts; background supplier/vendor imports; server migrations and domain changes; Homelinked account/Room flows; coupons; API credits and credit history; Supply Chain / Growth Network / Microfactory concepts; checkout and Stripe integration; early custom chatbot and training-file work.

LATER QUESTION → Consumption, contribution and deployment state need durable ledgers.
06JAN–AUG 2024 · CHANNELS + IDENTITY + ERP

Messaging channels became work transports, not just chat windows

Motivation: let a person arrive through WhatsApp, WeChat or email, keep a working identity/context, and connect that work to product data.

Historical delivery: configurable assistants; file-based chatbot training experiments; WhatsApp integration; WeChat Official Account R&D and implementation; China-cloud work; user/Room creation from messaging; OTP-style Room login; WhatsApp/Email listings; Azure-to-AWS migration; file manager; Dolibarr ERP/CRM integration and API linkage.

LATER QUESTION → Transport, canonical identity, Work context and enterprise systems must be separable.
07OCT–DEC 2024 · LOCALITY + MANUFACTURING NETWORKS

Digital work started carrying location, fulfillment and manufacturing intent

Motivation: connect a discovered or messaged object to a place, a community, an order and a possible local production path.

Historical delivery: channel-linked coupons and listings; Room items from WhatsApp/WeChat; “Manufacture Networks” naming; product/service/manufacture types; purchasable channel listings; community latitude/longitude and map display; My Orders; and the prompt direction “How to make this item in <country>”.

LATER QUESTION → A useful digital object should resolve toward a real local capability and fulfillment Reality.
08JAN–APR 2025 · MACHINES + MOBILE AI

The interface moved closer to physical machines and on-device work

Motivation: reduce the distance between an AI observation and an actionable physical/economic object.

Historical delivery: WeChat Pay / Alipay integration work and R&D; richer coupon tooling; vending-machine data models with geolocation and item APIs; AI Insights turning image/OCR interpretation into item creation; voice-to-text and text-to-voice APIs; and an Ecashy mobile app with AI Insights and voice interaction flows.

LATER QUESTION → How can GenAI form safe, addressable physical capability rather than stop at a screen?

WHAT SURVIVED · NOT PRODUCT RENAMING, BUT RECURRING INFRASTRUCTURE QUESTIONS

The old products disappeared. The hard questions became clearer.

Voice / Text / Image / OCR / Vision→

Capability surfaces. A model feature matters only when a user or Work can address it, bound its inputs/outputs and verify the result.

Plans / quotas / credits / API keys→

Consumption + Authority boundaries. Access, budget, provider choice and execution permission are different controls.

Organization / Room / history→

Persistent Work + Reality context. A conversation needs an addressable place, lifecycle, provenance and continuation.

OpenAI / Microsoft / external APIs→

Capability routing. Work should not be permanently fused to one model provider or one cloud endpoint.

Supply Chain / Growth Network / Microfactory→

Distributed capability production. The useful unit is not a web marketplace alone, but the ability to form and deliver capability across places.

WhatsApp / WeChat / Email login→

Transport ≠ identity. A channel can bring a person or event into Work without becoming the canonical identity or Authority system.

Maps / vendors / ERP / vending machines→

Reality matters. Location, inventory, machines and enterprise records determine whether digital intent can become an accepted physical outcome.

Room history / database reuse / support→

Continuity + evidence. Useful AI work must survive beyond one response and remain reviewable by humans.

LEGACY NAMES · DO NOT READ AS CURRENT PRODUCTS

Names changed repeatedly because the research object was still being discovered.

ChatGPTMallSkybrainRoomHomelinkedSupply ChainGrowth NetworkMicrofactoryAI InsightsEcashy

These labels are historical. HSIMC does not claim that today's Runtime, Reality, Work, e-Person, Authority, Consumption Ledger or MCP-ready architecture is merely a rename of those systems. The value of the record is the sequence of engineering problems encountered: identity, context, routing, persistence, limits, economic settlement, locality and physical execution.

PUBLIC EVIDENCE BOUNDARY · SOURCE PRESERVED AS PRIVATE HISTORICAL MATERIAL

What this page can and cannot prove.

Supported by the milestone record

The source contains dated functional tasks from March 2023 to April 2025, including multimodal AI, APIs, databases, Rooms, roles, sharing, external data sources, commerce, messaging integrations, cloud migrations, ERP work, geospatial data, vending-machine research and mobile AI.

Owner-attested, not independently replayed

The owner states the developer work was contracted and generally delivered to the milestone descriptions. Because the systems moved across servers and the old code is no longer treated as valuable canonical software, this publication does not claim a 2026 reproduction of every old feature.

Intentionally not public

Legacy credentials, private infrastructure addresses, personal contact details, raw source document and obsolete code are excluded. The source hash is retained so the historical input can be distinguished from later editorial interpretation.

Known source quality limits

Milestone numbers are reused, some dates are out of order, names change, and several tasks are duplicated or corrected later. The timeline above is therefore a curated engineering interpretation, not a forensic invoice ledger.

PRIVATE SOURCE RECORDSHA256 fb253cb5a5ff9ff6461e861a121a4a4d66ef05b12043a53843324d62faf1fdcb54 pages · public raw file withheld because the historical record contains sensitive operational strings.
Historical delivery ≠ current service. Old product name ≠ current architecture. A milestone list ≠ independent runtime acceptance.

This page preserves the direction of travel and engineering lessons. Current HSIMC capabilities, Runtime states, Authority and production readiness must be established by current evidence, not inferred from a 2023–2025 task record.
