Where parallelism is useful / 哪些可以并行
Source contracts, human instructions, fixture/workspace design, driver/model compatibility and supplier-offer preparation can start from the agreed purpose independently. Once the source contract is settled, index fixtures and protocol fixtures can be prepared in parallel. A physical composition test still waits for the relevant accepted implementations, site resources and authority.

Shared-resource rules / 共享资源纪律
A camera, NPU, printer, room and human reviewer each have capacity and time windows. Parallel preparation does not imply simultaneous execution. Reserve resources with expiry, bound queues and budgets, cancel stale work and report BLOCKED with a reason. State uncertainty creates a reconciliation task, not a silent success.
