An ordinary Android phone can become an addressable physical capability node—only when the human owner chooses what is exposed, to which client, and for how long.
让手机成为 GenAI Physical 的现实资源。不是默认让 AI 控制整部手机，而是先发现能力，再由用户逐项授权，在可验证、可撤销的边界内连接 MCP 客户端。
Near-discard phones are treasures. · 接近被闲置的旧手机，也是宝贝。
Many spare phones still have cameras, sensors, NFC, USB Host and local computing power. With owner consent, those dormant capabilities can gain a second productive life.

01 · REALITY → AUTHORITY → MCP
One phone. Three distinct boundaries.
协议地址不等于物理能力；Android 系统权限不等于 MCP 授权；连接 MCP 不等于执行 Work。
Human Grants
Owner selects individual scopes. All OFF by default. Changing a scope revokes the token; each USB client request requires a separate phone approval.
人类逐项决定开放与撤销。
Bounded Tools
Explicit read-only tools over localhost Streamable HTTP. The temporary bearer is issued only after explicit phone approval and is never typed by the user.
客户端只能调用已实现且获准的工具。
DC → HSIMC → LLM
Mac USB adapter is testable. A governed HSIMC relay, AI execution and cross-network access are future integrations.

Battery percentage and charging state, read-only. No location or contacts.

NFC physical entry
GiftReality NFC Writer A0-003 is a separate, real Android app. Its capabilities are not automatically available over MCP.
NFC 软件独立存在，暂未接入 MCP 执行。
USB smart glasses
Live UVC preview was reported successful on Sony. Photo crash diagnosed; Snapshot P0-002 installed; physical JPEG acceptance remains separate.

Files, gallery, camera, microphone
No remote-read or remote-action implementation in MCP Phone P0-001.

Not implemented. No phone identity or message access is inferred from a device's presence.

Open HSIMC MCP Phone P0-002 on Sony. Check only Battery.

Tap Start authorized MCP. No 64-character token to copy, display or type.
主动启动，并自己掌握临时令牌。
Run the trusted local Mac USB probe. On Sony approve ONLY phone.get_battery. The 256-bit credential is transferred to the Mac client in memory; verify MCP initialize, tools/list and the battery read.
DC 经 Mac 的受控 USB 通道验证工具发现、回读与权限拒绝。
Tap Stop & revoke token. Confirm the same client can no longer call the phone.
停止后令牌失效，证明用户随时能收回能力。
