A customer, supplier, employee, professional, friend, organization or capability can contribute to HSIMC without becoming “a bot.” Humans remain humans. Organizations remain independent Subjects. An e-Person is the AI working identity they may establish for a Subject or Work under scoped Authority.

e-Person follows Reality
An e-Person gets a stable address after Reality exists, but its current role, Authority, lifecycle, Human Supervisor and model are resolved again for each Work/action. Model providers may change without reminting the e-Person address.
WHO IS WHO
Keep human, organization and AI work identity separate.
Human
A real person: contributor, professional, customer, supplier contact, employee, friend, supervisor or representative. Human identity is not replaced by an e-Person.
Subject
The accountable person, company, organization, place or capability holder. Representation and ownership require their own evidence.
e-Person
A stable AI work address established for a Subject or Work. Current role, Authority, lifecycle, Human Supervisor and model binding are stateless Work-scoped resolutions, not trusted account state.
Human Supervisor
A real human oversight relationship for judgment, exception handling, intervention, handoff and acceptance support.
Capability Provider
A human or organization may contribute a verified capability without joining HSIMC ownership or giving up its own customer/data/economic boundary.
Work Requester
The person or subject who chooses to Continue a Reality or Opportunity Candidate into Work. Continue is a market signal—not a contract.
