Understand HSIMC before deciding how to participate.
What this helps you do
Read a short explanation and one practical example. You can browse without registering.
What happens next
Start with the current invitation, then use the five collections to choose a topic. The white paper is available when you need depth.
What to check
You have opened public information, not applied for membership or started a Work. A published case does not prove current service availability.
Find information or a project
Look for a source without remembering its address.
What this helps you do
Use a topic, exact URL, ID or filename in the existing search. Start with “NFC”, “T736” or “whitepaper”.
What happens next
Results cover the reviewed public collection. Open the source and check its language, version and available downloads. No results? Try the discovery categories.
What to check
Search is not a submission. Six-language UI is not a promise of cross-language semantic search or complete attachment coverage.
Bring a real need
Describe what you want to make possible.
What this helps you do
Use your own words, even without a solution. Add only the context or public source that changes the work.
What happens next
Guide opens the existing participation draft. Continue from there to Intake, review it, then explicitly choose whether to save through the existing A2A account.
What to check
The homepage draft is unsaved and unreceived. Only an actual save and readback can prove persistence; neither proves that a person has accepted the work.
Contribute or improve
Bring a capability, a question, or a different judgment.
What this helps you do
Choose a contribution or an improvement. You do not have to agree with every HSIMC design.
What happens next
The same existing draft keeps your original words and selected participation type. Nothing is automatically published or accepted.

Describe what you have, the conditions for using it, and the evidence available.
I have a different view
State the version or idea you question, your reasons, an alternative, or a small test.
What to check
A capability statement is not a supply commitment. A proposal is not an accepted design change. Recognition, usage and economic terms need their own agreement.

Find the right route without starting over.
What this helps you do
Distinguish a saved Work, a downloaded draft, and an e-Person space. They are not the same account or state.
What happens next
Choose the route below. Guide does not ask for your password, private Work URL or token, and does not read your account.
I already saved a Work
Use the original project link. A2A can show work available to your existing account.
I downloaded a JSON draft
Use the existing Intake draft-file selector. Choose your file yourself.
I have an e-Person space
Return through the existing Mail sign-in page.
I cannot tell whether it was saved
Look for an original project address, a save/readback receipt, or your downloaded draft.
What to check
Use the original project address and its access rules. If you cannot confirm a previous save, inspect existing records before creating another Work.
I am not sure yet
It is fine to begin with an unfinished thought.
What this helps you do
Read one example, or describe what is unclear. You do not need to select a product, supplier or account first.
What happens next
Browse practical work, or return to “Bring a real need” when you are ready to express one.
What to check
Reading is a valid stopping point. Guide does not convert uncertainty into an order, registration or commitment.
Need a continuing work identity?
An e-Person address is optional for learning and preparing a draft. Request, approval, private access and mail transport are separate. Do not register again just to return to an existing Work.
