On independent AIS T736 B (hk2), the pinned vipcore kernel driver was loaded and bound to a real NPU. One fixed NBG sample completed actual hardware inference; a separate vendor custom_lut sample matched its exact 256-byte Golden reference. Both tests ran on the same observed boot, while the previously accepted read-only MCP 3 Tools + 3 Resources remained available via an independent Client. 此次从 Mac 冻结的工程参考复制固定驱动、模型与验收方法，不启动 USA2，也不复制其节点身份。固定 NBG 样本完成实机推理，另一份原厂 custom_lut 样本与 256 字节 Golden 参考值精确比较成功； B 原有的只读 MCP 3×3 亦已重新独立验证。

Scope / 验收边界： Times above are hardware-reported profile timings for one fixed sample, not end-to-end MCP/LLM latency or a production performance guarantee. The fixed NBG had no independent Golden accuracy check; only the separate supplier custom_lut model had an exact 256-byte comparison. 单次硬件通过不代表通用 AI 模型准确率、持续运行 SLA、重启自动恢复或第二块板的 MCP NPU 6×6 已经通过。

01 · B identity Independent Ubuntu node hk2, kernel 5.15.119, one boot 独立 AIS B 节点身份及同一 Boot ID。

02 · vipcore NPU Pinned driver physically loaded, sysfs device bound and /dev/vipcore present 实机加载内核模块并确认设备绑定。

03 · Fixed NBG Real inference return code 0, reported profile 12,828 µs, no Golden for this model 固定 NBG 实机执行通过；不宣称该模型已做独立数值 Golden。

04 · Vendor Golden Separate fixed custom_lut, return code 0, exact 256-byte Golden match, 24 µs 原厂 custom_lut 参考输出 256 字节精确一致。

All claims are derived from the Mac Localhost 15/15 accepted B0-005R2A evidence and matching on-device log SHA256 values. Read the factual source and hashes. SSH keys, SIM identities, WD contents and raw private operator transcripts are not published.

REALITY ≠ GENERAL SERVICE READINESS

MCP: After NPU loading, an independent official MCP Client still read B's existing 3 bounded read-only Tools and 3 Resources. Its new NPU and Golden Tools are not yet exposed or accepted. There is no public MCP HTTP endpoint.

SIM: The latest B readback found ppp0 absent and policy table 736 with a blackhole default. The older C0-007 LTE-connected result is a historical snapshot, not a current carrier-ready assertion. SIM recovery remains pending.

WD 4TB: Before module load, both VFAT and exFAT partitions were safely unmounted. The disk remains connected but its partitions were unmounted at acceptance. No fsck, forced unmount, repair, formatting or WD file reads occurred. Restoring mounts and verifying file integrity are separate gates.

Reboot: This is single-boot evidence. B-side automatic vipcore restoration and post-restart NPU/Golden acceptance have not been tested. 蜂窝网络、4TB 重新挂载、自动开机及 MCP NPU 6×6 须分别验收；本公共页面不授予设备工作执行权限。
