# HSIMC · GenAI Productive Ready
## Global Action 01 · Power Ready Infrastructure

**Status:** Authored public-entry and contract-foundation candidate. Not publicly deployed. Not a signed agreement, vendor qualification, product certification or electrical-work authorization.

## 1. 母定位

HSIMC remains the distributed GenAI-native capability production infrastructure. Power Ready Infrastructure is its first proposed **GenAI Productive Ready** action, not a replacement of HSIMC with a power-equipment retailer.

“从供电开始”不是忽略负载：实际 Work 的持续功率、峰值、允许中断和恢复要求仍是工程输入。它是改变公开入口的组织方式，不再以某一个设备品牌或手机型号作为整套系统的起点。

材料在当地存在、可以加工、工程验证通过、适用法规审查完成和获授权交付，是不同状态。不能因为铜箔、铜线或绝缘材料有货，就自动认定替代工艺或最终产品已经合格。

## 2. 网站入口安排（拟议，尚未部署）

- `/work/` 保留已有 Shared Task Continuity／A2A 工作流程，仅拟新增一个全球 Power Ready 行动 CTA。
- `/work/power-ready/` 是拟议的独立共建页面，连接 `/build/` 与 `/rd/`，而不是取代它们。
- 原有消费地区与语言入口保留；不要复制另一套 Runtime 身份。当前可下载预览只接受用户声明的地区文字，尚未绑定既有 249 地区 Runtime，不生成任何新地区 ID。
- 用户在预览中输入的意图只在本地处理。复制或导出后，由用户决定是否带入原有 Work。没有后台提交、供应商登记、报价、收款、物业访问授权或电力设备指令。

# Power Ready Infrastructure

**From the building power room to GenAI work.**

Bring a place, compliant professional capability, locally available material, a product, a sales or service point, or reproducible test evidence. Together, define the power conditions that let GenAI work continue—and identify who can lawfully form, supply, install, verify and support them in each jurisdiction.

These layers do not prescribe a voltage, transformer material, converter topology or device brand. They are not installation instructions and confer no access to building electrical infrastructure.

A product may have several lawful sellers and offers, several regional installation providers, and multiple compatibility records. Do not merge stock, price, licence, certification, device compatibility and Work acceptance into one “approved vendor” flag.

## 6. 国家／地区层面的合规设计

Country identity is a reference, not a legal opinion. Installation location cannot automatically stand in for consumer, supply, contracting or data-processing jurisdiction. Local and subnational requirements must remain representable.

For each role and Work scope, record whether a specific registration or licence is required, the basis for that determination, the issuing regulator, grade/activity, validity, verification date and evidence. The default is **unknown/unreviewed**, not “not required.” Company registration is not an electrical-work licence. Supplier qualification does not authorize a particular site intervention.

Testing, inspection and certification roles must be kept distinct. An organization's accreditation applies to its stated activities; it is not automatic product certification. Product certification and protocol certification likewise do not establish full-path operating continuity for an arbitrary device or workload.

Official-language evidence remains separate from specific safety labels, manuals, contracts or consumer-service language duties. No 249-jurisdiction legal rules have been signed off under this kickoff.

## 7. 兼容清单从供电路径出发

Proposed relation:

Public statuses: **NOT TESTED**, **TESTED WITH LIMITS**, **NOT SUPPORTED**, **ACCEPTED FOR A SPECIFIC WORK**.

Power compatibility, data connectivity and Runtime/Work continuity must be separate fields. A Type-C connector, brand name, charging indicator or historical report cannot by itself support a universal “GenAI Ready” claim. Expired qualifications and materially changed hardware, firmware, components, cables or source paths trigger re-evaluation as relevant to the claim.

The current accepted Vendor, SKU, active Offer and accepted Compatibility directories are deliberately empty. They are not fictitious launch partners or approved products.

## 8. 经济与责任边界

Material supply, manufacturing, design, installation, testing, certification, sales, maintenance and supervision are distinct contributions. Agreements must specify the actual contracting party, deliverables, conditions, fees, payment, warranty, recovery support, change notices, subcontractor responsibility, confidentiality, IP/licensing and dispute/liability terms as appropriate. The machine-readable foundation organizes these matters; it does not replace local legal review or constitute a signed agreement.

The ecosystem can therefore support research and material contributions before a complete product exists, while refusing to mark unqualified field work or untested hardware as deployable.

## 9. 首个可接续行动

A bounded first Work can be **Power Readiness Baseline & Gap Map**: define one lawful site and a target workload, document existing supply and materials, identify unverified boundaries and missing capabilities, then assign each gap to a qualified contribution and acceptance plan. Any opening, testing or modification of fixed electrical equipment remains subject to separate local professional and site authorization.

The first business deliverable is a scoped assessment, design, supply, verification or deployment package with named responsibility—not an unconditional claim to upgrade a whole building or power every device.

Sources were consulted for architecture and verification-path examples on 2026-10-12. No source consultation here verifies an individual professional, organization, SKU, site or installation.

## 11. 实际工程状态

The deliverable includes a self-contained authored HTML preview, JSON contract foundation, source register, draft CTA component and this specification. **51 local JavaScript logic assertions passed**, and static HTML checks verified unique element IDs, no external scripts, no form-submission elements and the two authored inline CSP hashes.

Full browser/visual acceptance did not complete: the container browser refused `file://` navigation. No browser policy was altered. A later remote read was blocked by tool safety checks; it was not retried or bypassed. The existing 249-directory binding, remote build, production integration and public HTTP/browser acceptance are **not completed**. No production file was written in this turn.
