On 13 April 2026, the AI+HK smart-glasses photograph in a Hong Kong Government news release marked, for me, a moment of being seen.

Years of standards work, product engineering and practice across borders and industries make that visibility a responsibility—not a trophy.

On 28 July 2026, MCP’s stateless protocol core gave me a new reason to act. I see a turning point: distributed capabilities can be organised into new ways of producing and delivering value.

Past success is a foundation, not a ceiling. Past failure is experience, not a verdict on what comes next.
